Job Summary

NHS Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin Integrated Care Board is seeking a skilled professional to lead the Health Inequalities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce healthcare disparities and improve health outcomes for underserved populations. Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement health inequalities strategies to reduce disparities in healthcare access and outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare disparities
Analyze data to inform health inequalities initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness
Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to advance health inequalities goals
Provide leadership and guidance to the Health Inequalities team

Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Proven track record of developing and implementing health inequalities strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
