Senior Affiliate Account Manager - Travel Vertical

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Affiliate Account Manager to join our team in the Travel Vertical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports, motivating individuals to high performance, and providing leadership to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, motivate individuals to high performance, and responsible for the performance development of team members.
  • Hold weekly meetings with team members to review work flow, help them work through challenges, and identify areas they can receive additional support and from whom.
  • Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key contact(s) for the client through meetings, emails, calls, and support tickets.
  • Grow revenue from existing client relationships by understanding client needs/requirements and contacting them with appropriate product/services information.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience including client service (agency, client, or consulting).
  • Experience working within or in partnership with businesses within the travel industry.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in strong client relationships, reinforced by building trust, advising, and upselling.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Web literate (tracking analytics and methods).
