About the Role

CERAP UK is a leading nuclear engineering company seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and testing of HVAC systems for our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop HVAC systems for industrial installations, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational constraints, ensuring efficient and effective system performance.
  3. Develop and maintain a database of HVAC system designs, configurations, and testing protocols to support future projects.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to project policies, processes, and contracts.
  5. Coordinate and support the conformity assessment process, ensuring that all systems meet regulatory requirements.
  6. Develop strong working relationships with regulators, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  7. Advise on technical requirements and act as the technical decision-maker for HVAC-related projects.

Requirements

Key Skills:

  1. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, and testing.
  2. Experience in project management, with a focus on industrial installations.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  4. Proficiency in computer tools, including CAD/CAD environments, 3D modeling, and data manipulation under Excel.

Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in equivalent missions, with a focus on HVAC systems and industrial installations.
  2. Fluent English required, with the ability to write technical documents and engage in daily exchanges in English.
  3. French language skills would be an advantage.

Education:

A degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience is required.
