About the Role

CERAP UK is a leading nuclear engineering company seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the design, installation, and testing of HVAC systems for our nuclear projects.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop HVAC systems for nuclear projects, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational constraints and risks associated with HVAC system installation.
  3. Develop and maintain a database of HVAC system designs and testing protocols to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on HVAC system design, installation, and testing.
  5. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulators and the supply chain to ensure smooth project delivery.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HVAC system design and installation.

Requirements

Key Skills:

  1. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and nuclear industry standards.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  3. Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  4. Fluent English language skills, with the ability to write technical documents and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in HVAC system design, installation, and testing, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  2. Strong understanding of UK regulations and industry standards related to HVAC system design and installation.

Languages (level):

Fluent English required. French language skills would be an advantage.
