Strategic Communications Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Lead to join our team at National Theatre Productions (ntp). As a key member of our Communications Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that supports our organisational objectives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in internal communications, internal culture building, and change management, with a proven track record of delivering impact across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an internal communications strategy that aligns with our organisational objectives
  • Leading and developing a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality internal communications
  • Collaborating with senior leaders across the organisation to ensure effective communication and engagement
  • Implementing effective internal communications plans that deliver impact across multiple channels
