About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Runwood Homes. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, providing exceptional customer service and support to our managers and homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and send confidential information to relevant regulators and stakeholders in a timely and secure manner.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external parties via phone and email, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Collate and distribute information in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Collect and analyze data to prepare monthly reports for the senior team, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Provide administrative support to Home Managers, responding to day-to-day enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Manage the Managing Director's diary, scheduling meetings and sending invitations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a warm welcome for visitors to the office, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to general office duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
