Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communication Officer to join our team at USP College. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to engage our stakeholders and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase our online presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create and distribute content across various channels, including social media, email, and our website.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our alumni network and wider community to promote our brand and values.
  • Curate and share engaging stories and content across multiple platforms to captivate our audience and leave a lasting impression of USP College.
  • Lead our internal communications initiatives to ensure that colleagues are informed, inspired, and engaged as ambassadors of our college's strategy.
  • Assist in the preparation, design, and delivery of eye-catching publicity materials for various purposes, including events, student recruitment, and public relations.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns in alignment with our marketing calendar to strategically hit key milestones in the recruitment and learner journey.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to our college brand across all internal and external communications and publications.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Team in various operational activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote our college effectively and achieve our targets.
Requirements
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven ability to produce engaging content across various platforms.
  • Strong writing skills in marketing, journalism, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign measurement.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
