Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with Lenders and Providers: Regularly communicate with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status and ensure timely completion of mortgage applications.
- Progress Mortgage Applications: Proactively work to progress mortgage applications through to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted.
- Client Communication: Deal with incoming calls, emails, and post, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all client queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Diary Management: Book client appointments and maintain a well-organized diary to ensure efficient use of time.
- Compliance and Documentation: Complete the Broker Checklist, including compliance checks on all documentation, and ensure all necessary ID checks are completed.
- CRM Tool Updates: Update our CRM Tool to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and application progress.
- Lead Introducer Updates: Provide regular updates to lead introducers on business levels and status of cases.
- Offer Checks: Complete offer checks to ensure all necessary documentation is in place before proceeding with mortgage applications.
