Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:
Synergi Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading Manufacturers in Norfolk, Greater Yarmouth. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring production plan adherence and contributing to the company's continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Respond to breakdowns on production equipment and resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide continuous improvement ideas and solutions for production processes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve maintenance processes and procedures.
- Assist with filling and packaging equipment set-up/changeovers when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to weekly production plans and meet quality standards.
- Utilize mechanical engineering skills to maintain and repair equipment.
- Collaborate with production teams to provide excellent customer service.
- NVQ (or equivalent) in Electrical/Mechanical discipline and relevant experience.
Shift Pattern:
Hours:
Week one:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm
Friday 6am to 1pm
Week two:
Monday to Thursday 1.45pm

Requirements:
