Administrative Assistant to Associate Director of Quality Governance

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Associate Director of Quality Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Associate Director of Quality Governance, including managing diaries, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the Associate Director's office, including maintaining accurate records and files.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, patients, and visitors.
- Provide general administrative support to the Quality Governance team, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

Person Specification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
