This role offers an immediate start and includes comprehensive training, although prior experience in quality assurance is essential.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm, with a competitive pay rate of £11.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily inspections and sampling of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with company specifications and quality standards.
  2. Perform meat intake inspections in accordance with quality management system (QMS) procedures, ensuring all deliveries meet required specifications and reporting any discrepancies to the QA Team Leader.
  3. Adapt the frequency of quality inspections based on business needs to guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction.
  4. Act as a representative of the company, maintaining positive interactions with external contacts.
  5. Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.
  6. Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by your direct supervisor, in line with your level of responsibility.
  7. Maintain cleanliness in your designated area and promote a clean-as-you-go policy throughout the workplace.
