Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at ATTB - The Big Jobsite. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the conversion of waste into renewable energy.

Your primary responsibilities will include servicing and maintaining power systems at landfill sites, conducting preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance tasks, and performing general maintenance of site equipment. You will also be required to diagnose faults and record relevant maintenance and optimisation activities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be working in a field-based environment, travelling to multiple sites within your region. To succeed in this role, you must have a mechanically biased background, with experience in servicing and maintaining power assets or large gas/diesel engines. You will also need to be committed to developing your mechanical skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanically biased engineer, with time served or qualified (City and Guilds, NVQ)
  • Experience in the servicing and maintenance of power assets OR large gas/diesel engines
  • Full driving license
