AWE Material Control Manager Job Description

AWE is currently seeking a highly skilled Material Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of inventory management, including accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Implement new processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing operations team.
  • Represent AWE at logistics meetings nationally and internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with authorized MoD publications and technical data sheets.
  • Plan future capacity requirements to protect critical materials.
  • Report and present at Mid Leader Level.
  • Communicate effectively with internal contacts regarding warehousing processes.

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearance.
  • Willingness to work in designated areas.
