About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional College Leadership Professional to join our Independent Learning (iLearn) team at Leeds City College. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. They will also be expected to contribute to the development of our college's vision and strategy, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of education in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent student outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in teaching and learning, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in education.
  • Contribute to the development of our college's vision and strategy, working closely with senior leaders to shape the future of our institution.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in education, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive change and improvement.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £43,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
