About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Rowan Ward in Yeovil. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting a positive and empowering environment.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and personal hygiene, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained.
  • Engage patients in activities and therapies, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and relatives, providing sensitive and empathetic support.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care.
