Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Youth Development Coordinators in the Newport area. As a Brownie Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping girls and young women realise their full potential and create unforgettable memories.

About the Role:

  • You will work with girls aged 7-10, supporting them in various activities and helping them develop new skills.
  • You will be responsible for leading unit meetings, planning engaging activities, and providing ongoing support to the girls.
  • You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of these young individuals, building their confidence and self-esteem.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
