Job Summary:
  • Provide guidance and support to young people and adults to help them achieve their career aspirations.
  • Work with a wide range of people, including those who are long-term unemployed, economically inactive, or seeking to change their careers.
  • Develop effective relationships with teachers, parents, and other learning providers to ensure young people receive the best possible support.
Requirements:
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent standard.
  • Qualified to QCF Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development (or equivalent) for Career Advisers.
  • Ability to work in partnership with local and national organisations, including training providers, jobcentre plus, prisons, youth offending teams, employers, and other professional organisations.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is between £29,814 and £34,498 per annum, depending on location and experience.
