As a Careers Guidance Professional with Educators Wales, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and adults. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance services across Wales.

With a competitive salary range of £29,814 - £34,498 per annum, this role offers excellent terms and conditions. You will be based in various locations throughout Wales, including Flintshire/Denbighshire and Newport/Caerphilly/Monmouthshire.

We are seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals who can inspire and motivate young people and adults to achieve their goals. As a Careers Adviser or Trainee Careers Adviser, you will work with a wide range of people, using your skills and knowledge to support them in making informed decisions about their education and career paths.

The successful candidate will possess a QCF Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development (or equivalent) and be eligible for the Career Development Institute Register of Practitioners. If you do not already hold this qualification, we will provide you with the training and support you need to achieve it.
