Job Summary

Axion Moore is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team in North Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting the Financial Controller with ad hoc improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and present monthly management accounts for several companies within the group.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  3. Provide analytical support to the Financial Controller, including financial reporting and analysis.
  4. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
  5. Support the year-end audit process, including responding to auditor queries.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Accountant (AAT or equivalent) with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
