Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Agility Resourcing. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial reporting and control to support the delivery of statutory accounts, monthly reporting, and other external reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare regular monthly reports for Corporate Finance, Statutory purposes, and local management reporting.
- Accountability for the outcomes of all accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Manage the Annual Statutory Audit.
- Cash flow analysis.
- Manage the monthly closing of the ledgers ensuring financial data accuracy.
- Review Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliation.
- Qualified Accountant - Ideally ACA, AAT trained within the practice - 1-3 year PQE.
- Knowledge of budget monitoring and account preparation/reconciliation.
- Ability to manage the day-to-day running of a fast-paced office.
- Well-developed organisational, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Data management including data protection and confidentiality.
- Competent user of relevant software e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to produce financial reports.
- Supportive and creative work environment.
- Up to 22 days holiday rising to 25.
