Job Description:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in the UK market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates, ensuring accurate CRM data.
  • Collaborate with marketing, account managers, and executives to drive business results.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in selling software and system integration solutions into multi-stakeholder account environments.
  • Proven track record of developing new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent core sales skills, including pipeline management, presentation skills, closing capability, CRM discipline, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, versatile to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel and stay away overnight as needed.
