Assistant Head Chef

At Zizzi, we're looking for a skilled and passionate Assistant Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading by example and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume the role of Head Chef in their absence, leading the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and maximum profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu and specifications, working across all sections to share your passion with the team.
  • Plan and prepare for shifts, delegating duties to the team and ensuring the right level of food is prepared.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers, taking pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to our policies, processes, and guidelines.
