About the Role

Bombay Story Indian Kitchen & Bar is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Waiter to join our team. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage tables, take orders, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Upsell and promote menu items, ensuring maximum revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with training and development of junior staff members
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-casual or high-street food brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Basic knowledge of IT and POS systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
