Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and share gain in assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and C-Suite executives.
  • Perform sales analysis and build forecast models to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate complex deals that meet customer needs while ensuring IDT profitability targets are achieved.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of top performance in sales or business development.
  • Previous experience in key account management, with a strong focus on driving expansion and growth.
  • A minimum of a Master's degree in a life science-related discipline, with an MBA or Ph.D. being a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of genomics applications, including qPCR, CRISPR, and NGS.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills, with a proven ability to create and execute successful account growth plans.
