About the Role:

S Knights Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through retention and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts through regular engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve client retention and growth targets.
  • Track and report key account metrics, including client satisfaction and revenue growth.
