Babcock International Group is working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training in Electronic Control systems on behalf of Defence College of Technical Training.

The Role

As a Controls Electronic Engineer Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions that meet the approved training standards. You will work closely with trainees to provide coaching and mentoring, ensuring they receive the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training sessions in Electronic Control systems
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to trainees
  • Monitor and assess trainee development
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is maintained
  • Assess trainees through written examinations and practical assessments
  • Mark examination papers

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Qualified academically or vocationally to a minimum of Level 3 in relevant subject matter

Security Clearance:

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain SC security clearance for this role.
