About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at Yorkshire Housing. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine patrols and inspections across your designated area.
  • Empty void properties, including lifting and handling required tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc maintenance work, such as lock changes and jet washing.
  • Drive the cage van, with training provided.
  • Assist with garden maintenance and spruce-ups as needed.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive salary of £24,099 for a 35-hour week, plus 25 days of annual leave (rising to 30 days annually) and bank holidays. You will also receive a van and fuel card, but please note that you must have a valid driving license.
