At Stirling Warrington, we are seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to take on the role of Maintenance Team Leader. This exciting opportunity will see you leading a dedicated team of maintenance engineers at our facility in Leeds, reporting directly to the General Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and be looking to step up into a supervisory position. As part of this role, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, focusing on improving Predictive Maintenance (PPMs) and managing inventory levels for spare parts. With approximately 60% of your time spent hands-on and 40% in an office setting, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations while driving efficiency improvements.
To succeed in this challenging role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a maintenance team leader or supervisor is beneficial but not essential.
- Formal qualifications in engineering maintenance would be advantageous but are not a deal-breaker.
- Background in heavy industry maintenance is desirable.
This full-time position comes with an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
