Job Title: Project Leadership Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Leadership Specialist to join our team at Guidepoint. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our research projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of success in coordinating complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans to meet client needs
  • Manage and coordinate the work of research associates to ensure seamless execution of projects
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in research and consulting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in research or consulting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
