Education Support Assistant

We are looking for a talented Education Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream Primary School in Bridport. The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support to a Year 2 pupil with significant Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support to the Year 2 pupil, enhancing their educational experience.
  • Develop effective relationships with the pupil, teachers, and other staff members.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and training in SEN support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
