Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of warehouse operatives in a fast-paced picking environment
  • Support the shift manager in engaging with the team and reacting to varying inbound workloads
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
  • Support with 1-2-1's and appraisals to develop team members
