Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our warehouse staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff to ensure a safe, secure, and efficient work environment.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing coaching and development opportunities as needed.
  • Logistics and Operations
    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    • Manage the loading and transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and operational standards.
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a warehouse management or logistics role.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement changes.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to heavy lifting, bending, and standing. A valid FLT/DDT license is required.
