Hygiene Services Lead

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hygiene Services Lead to join our team at our Bakkavor Bread site in Crewe, Cheshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the hygiene team and ensuring that all hygiene standards are maintained and developed to the required high standard.

About the Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and driving standards of hygiene, health and safety, and technical requirements to ensure that business and customer standards are kept and audit requirements are fully met
  • Owning and managing the site CIP systems in conjunction with documentation for interim and deep cleaning practices
  • Ensuring 100% internal and external customer service is met with consistently high quality output

The successful candidate will have experience of working in hygiene in a manufacturing environment and be able to adapt to working hours and areas.

We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, a bonus scheme, private healthcare, and a range of other benefits including a stakeholder pension scheme, free independent mortgage advice, and an employee assistance programme.
