We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Headteacher in delivering our vision at a forward-thinking educational institution dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our college, managing the Headteacher's schedule, coordinating communications, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the Headteacher's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, providing exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed, utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation with attention to detail and discretion.
  • Assist in coordinating college events and initiatives, demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Provide support to the Headteacher in project management and follow-up tasks, handling confidential information with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and commitment to supporting our mission.
  • Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per year, depending on experience.
