NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is a leading provider of mental health and learning disability services in London and Essex. We are currently seeking an experienced administrator to join our Community Children's Multi-Disciplinary Team.

About the Role

This part-time fixed-term contract will see you working closely with the admin team for the community paediatricians at Thurrock Community Hospital. As an essential member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To provide high-quality administrative support, including typing and editing services, covering reception duties, and welcoming patients and families/carers into the building;
  2. To work effectively as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality when required, and communicating with stakeholders in a professional manner;
Requirements
  • Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders;
  • Able to work flexibly, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;
