We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Pricing practice in London as a Research Officer.

Job SummaryAs a Research Officer, you will work primarily within the Transfer Pricing, Valuation, and Intellectual Property team in the London office. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting quantitative, statistical, and valuation analyses across various industries and contexts.
- Working primarily in the financial services and financing team, dealing with transfer pricing, valuation, and other financing-related issues.
- Contributing to the preparation of economic and financial reports.
- Collaborating with in-house experts and outside academics.
- Developing and delivering internal training sessions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BA/BSc and a Master's or PhD in Finance and Economics, with a strong understanding of corporate finance.
- Exceptional academic records.
- Detail-oriented and analytical skills, with excellent technical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Relevant work experience in transfer pricing is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Excel is required, with a good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and econometric software programming considered favorably.
- Business fluency in English is essential, with knowledge of French useful.
