We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Community CAMHS team in Hammersmith & Fulham. The successful candidate will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver low-intensity interventions for children and young people aged 0-18 years.

Main Duties
  • Hold a caseload of Guided Self-Help interventions
  • Work alongside Psychologists, Family Therapists, and Admin staff to extend clinical skills
  • Provide consultation and training to professional groups
  • Participate in regular team, service meetings, and reflective groups

Person Specification

  • Children and Young People's Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification
  • Experience of working with children and young people with mental health difficulties
  • Understanding of common mental health problems and evidence-based interventions
  • Ability to work in a multicultural framework
