Job Description:

This role involves reviewing financial promotions, providing education and training to the business, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our 1LOD business teams to deliver a collaborative working environment between Compliance and the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve financial promotions and marketing materials
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Act and regulatory requirements
  • Experience of financial promotions sign-off and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
