Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve 2nd line support issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for clients.
  • Manage backups, updates, and patch management.
  • Troubleshoot network and server issues.
  • Provide remote and on-site support as needed.
  • Document all work performed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line IT Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365.
  • Experience with networking technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
