Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Digital Skills Curriculum team, including data management and analysis.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date learner tracking systems to ensure compliance with grant-funded allocations.
- Respond to complex learner queries and provide compliant Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) on funding eligibility, language support, and childcare support.
- Support staff with new systems and provide training to enable them to become independent end users.
- Liaise closely with Curriculum Manager and Programme Leaders to update and advise on anomalies, compliance, and actions taken.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing high-level business support, excellent administration, ICT skills, and organisation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond efficiently and courteously to complex queries.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet compliance demands and service needs.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a supportive team player.
- Previous experience in a Lifelong Learning Service would be beneficial.
