Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at HBD Partners. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction across our 13 hotels in East Anglia & Surrey.
This role requires a proven track record of success within the hospitality industry, with solid experience in selling products to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be confident in identifying and building relationships from cold leads and have the ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales strategy development and implementation
- Budget planning and management
- Cold lead identification and relationship building
- Sales target achievement and reporting
This is a full-time office and field-based role, requiring a full driving license and access to a car.
