We are French Selection, a leading UK-based consultancy specializing in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business. We are looking for a talented Dutch speaking Marketing Executive to drive our digital marketing initiatives.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in achieving ecommerce sales objectives and increasing brand awareness for both B2B and B2C.
  • You will create and implement a marketing plan for our website, including updating web content, adding new products, running sales promotions, and campaigns.
  • You will project manage suggestions and improvements for our website.
  • You will increase traffic and conversion through PPC, SEO, and affiliates.
  • You will create and manage email and newsletter campaigns.
  • You will identify new selling channels and oversee their implementation.
  • You will communicate and manage negotiations with business partners and external suppliers.
  • You will produce reports and analyze the performance of all digital activities.
  • You will build and develop the social media strategy across various channels.

About You:

  • You must be fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken).
  • You should have experience in digital marketing and managing CMS, digital marketing campaigns, and multi-channels.
  • A working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads is beneficial.
  • You should be able to use Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • You should have a passion for customer acquisition and digital marketing.
  • You should be a good team player who is flexible and proactive.
  • You should have excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • You should be comfortable working with and understanding data.
  • You should have excellent attention to detail.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus annual bonus and benefits. We offer a competitive package that reflects your skills and experience.
