Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a fabulous Care home in Leicester. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a positive role model with excellent leadership skills to join our team. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
Requirements- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care is essential for this role, and you must be willing to complete Level 3.
- At least 6 months experience of being a Senior / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
- Higher than average pay rates

- 3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns

- 28 days holiday
