Public Health Enforcement Officer

As an Environmental Crime Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for investigating environmental violations, issuing warnings, fines, or citations, and educating the public about environmental responsibilities. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Performance Indicators:- Successfully enforce environmental regulations and local by-laws.
- Investigate reports of environmental offenses and respond promptly to complaints.
- Issue fixed penalty notices (FPNs) and citations to individuals or businesses for non-compliance with environmental laws.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A clean full UK manual driving licence is required for this position, as you will be driving a company vehicle.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
