Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Police Constable. As a key member of the Northamptonshire Police, you will be responsible for maintaining law and order, protecting the vulnerable, and ensuring community safety.

The Role: This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a real difference in their community. As a Police Constable, you will be employed from day one and receive a solid foundation of policing and support from a dedicated training team. You will gain valuable experience and skills, including independent patrol status after 31 weeks.

Career Development: After completing the 2-year probationary programme, you can consider further opportunities, including promotions and specialism. You could work in road policing, firearms, dog handling, CID, or neighbourhood policing.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £26,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
