Essential Employment is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Strategy Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. As an Asset Management Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the delivery of the Client HRA Asset Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data & Insight: Assess assets suitable for redevelopment, re-designation, remodelling, alternative use or disposal, and identify mechanisms for developing, disposing, or acquiring new assets.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in asset management.
  • Strategic Property Plans: Develop and implement strategic property plans for disposals, regeneration, and investment.
  • Home Standard: Support the achievement of the Client Medium Term Financial Strategy objectives and HRA Business Plan viability and objectives.

As an Asset Management Strategy Manager, you will work closely with the Client to develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with their business objectives.
