Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Strategy Manager to join our team at Essential Employment. As an Asset Management Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the delivery of the Client HRA Asset Management Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing assets suitable for redevelopment, re-designation, remodelling, alternative use or disposal
  • Developing and implementing strategies for new asset development, disposal, or acquisition
  • Supporting the achievement of the Client Medium Term Financial Strategy objectives and HRA Business Plan viability and objectives
  • Leading the Data & Insight, Safety & Regulatory Compliance, Strategic Property Plans, and Home Standard initiatives
