EPoS/IT Field Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EPoS/IT Field Engineer to join our team in North Wales. This is a 6-month contract opportunity that offers a chance to work with a leading IT services organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete servicing, maintenance, and repairing of EPoS and IT equipment on a 6-month contract.
  • Work with a variety of equipment, including coffee and vending machines, ticketing machines, and ATMs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely completion of tasks.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive daily rate of £46 via an umbrella company.
  • Overtime paid at £22.41 per hour (Monday-Saturday) and £29.88 per hour (Sunday).
  • On-call rate of £2.00 per hour (with Sunday increase to £3.00 per hour).
  • Potential for further contract work and permanent roles.
Requirements:
  • Experienced IT field engineers with break-fix and repair experience of EPoS and IT equipment.
  • Able to pass BS7858 vetting level 4 (including Scottish Disclosure and Credit check).
Working Hours:
  • Shifts: 5 days from 7, day work - standard day 8am-6pm including travel time.
  • Sites per day: no restriction on the number of sites per day.
  • Consistency of work: 5 days per week, Monday-Sunday (can include weekends).
  • On-call 1 in 3 weeks (for a full week, 7 days, 24/7 call out) with additional payment.

This role has been assessed and deemed an inside IR35 role. The above rates are the umbrella company rates.
