About this role:


As a Cleaning Operative at Mitie, you will play a vital role in maintaining the exceptional standard of cleanliness that our clients expect. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements.


Key responsibilities:



  • Ensure equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
  • Build knowledge and understanding of designated cleaning areas, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used
  • Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role
  • Work within a team and take initiative as needed
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
