We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team at St George's Hill Lawn Tennis Club, located in Weybridge, Surrey. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of cookery and cooking techniques, with experience working in a busy and dynamic kitchen environment. They should possess exceptional work ethic, be organized, and have a good understanding of HACCP and clean working procedures.

A strong team player with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will be able to follow menu specifications and take direction from senior chefs. The ability to work varied shifts, including early and late shifts, is essential.
